NEW ARRIVAL

The International Festival of Country Music is delighted to announce that Ali Isabella will be performing on the Wembley stage in London. Straight from America, this young, rising country music star is sure to produce one of her biggest performances  to date.

Despite being only 16 years old, once you hear Ali's music and lyrics, you will quickly realise that she is a very special talent. For one so young she has a surprisingly mature quality to her music, a special quality that will appeal to a wide range of fans.

Having sung throughout her younger years,  Ali started vocal training at 14 and was recording her music, in a local studio within a year. Since then she has grabbed the opportunity to record songs in both New York and Nashville. Working with  top recording engineers, and writing with other talented writers and producers Ali has rapidly developed her natural talent, making her debut at New York's famous 'The Bitter End' rock club.

This very grounded youngster finds inspiration for her songs everywhere; as well as the music of stars like Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift, she also relies on every day experiences with friends and school and whatever is going on in her life.

Listen to three of her best known songs, What If, Crazy Beautiful, and Rain Check on the Biography page, and come and see her in London. This Festival is a major milestone in her young career and a great chance to see a superstar in the making.

ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL TO PLAY WEMBLEY AND BELFAST

The International Festival of Country Music are please to announce that nine-time Grammy Award winners Asleep at the Wheel will join the festival’s stellar line up.

Since the early '70s, Asleep at the Wheel have been the most important force in keeping the sound of Western swing alive. The Wheel earned enthusiastic critical praise throughout their lengthy career; they not only preserved classic sounds that had all but disappeared from country music, but were also able to update the music, keeping it a living, breathing art form. The band will be performing in both Wembley and Belfast before the festival travels to mainland Europe.

The line-up additions have been released alongside an announcement that Little Big Town will no longer be appearing at the festival dates due to scheduling conflicts. The band said: “Due to a scheduling conflict and the recording of our new album, we regretfully have to cancel our upcoming appearances in Europe. We were very much looking forward to these shows and will be rescheduling very soon.”
